The more efficient colony

Something I've always wondered is which is the more efficient bug colony. An ant colony or a bee colony. Those creatures are obviously smarter than they look and work as team. Although I think at some point bees sleep/rest while ants don't. Ants just seem like mindless drones that do whatever the heck that queen says. Obviously the queen ant don't play no games when it comes to running that business AKA ant colony. The bees seem to have more individual personalities or at least that's how it appears since you don't always see them in groups, thank goodness! However, ants can at least fight and defend their colony without pretty much committing suicide in the process, if ants gang up on a termite they'll mess that thing up! Bees die every time they use their stingers so they have to make their last battles count for everything so to speak.

Post Apocalyptic World

Something I would not ever want to experience is living in a post apocalyptic world. I almost certain it wouldn't be as cool as they make it look on TV. I suppose it would be somewhat similar to living in prehistoric caveman times. No clean water, no toilets, no technology, no showers, bad haircuts, the sky might be a funny color, and strange animals/creatures start manifesting somehow. I'd most definitely find a way to get a weapon of some kind because I imagine I'd need it! People are gonna be trying to rob and pillage each other just to survive. In this world paper currency probably wouldn't mean a thing and the valuable currency to have would be gold or dinars or something.

Here are some pictures I did for a Post Apocalyptic themed photoshoot, it was cold as I don't know what out there but it was alot of fun. I'm posing as some type of hooded warrior guy. If this were a TV show I wonder what the name of it would be.

1 Up

I can only imagine what it would be like to have a "1 Up" like in Super Mario. Those things would definitely come in handy. If I did have a 1 Up I'd probably be more willing to take risks and do different things, so that way if things went a little....ummmmm.....BAD I would be alright and live again. If they did exist I wonder how often they'd come around and how many would be produced. Would there be a really limited number? Hopefully I wouldn't be dumb enough to pretty much abuse those things.

Start Off

Yoooooo what's up everybody this is Ricky Bell here and I'm starting out here on Blogger. I was once here before but that was a few years ago and now I'm back to check it out again. Today has been an interesting day, I'm a community college student and I registered for my last classes this semester. I can't wait to get school over with, I guess if I were at a university it would be different. I mean as far as entertainment, meeting new people, and having interesting events to go to. Even though I never go to experience life in a university it's all good though I don't have any regrets. This is the path I chose and plus that would've been crazy expensive. I often wonder what happens after I graduate college, hopefully good things come my way. I have aspirations of being an actor, which I know sounds crazy and is not an easy path to go down. Then again if it were easy it wouldn't be worth it. Sometimes it seems like I'm always switching things I want to do, first I wanted to be a photographer, then it was male modeling, and not it's acting. I know I seem a little inconsistent but I'm going to stick with this new goal. I'm 22 years old and I have to take advantage of this time because it won't last forever.
